4YOUR TRAINING provides practical safety, emergency response, and incident management training for industry professionals and first responders. With more than 50 years of experience in emergency response, industrial safety, and instruction, our training combines classroom requirements with the perspective that comes from decades of real-world experience.
Our approach emphasizes practical application and clear instruction, helping participants understand not only what they need to know, but how that knowledge applies to the work they actually perform. Training is available through scheduled public courses and on-site programs for organizations.
YOUR INSTRUCTOR
4YOUR TRAINING is led by David Schimmel, an instructor with more than 50 years of experience in emergency response, industrial safety, and professional training. He began teaching while still in college and has continued instructing throughout his career, working with first responders, industry professionals, and organizations throughout the region.
His professional background includes a career with U.S. Steel, where he served as Health & Safety Director, along with decades of leadership in emergency services and emergency management. His emergency-services career has included approximately 10 years of combined service as Chief and President, numerous other supervisory positions, and more than 40 years of service with Passaic County OEM/EMS as Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator. His experience includes hazardous materials response, emergency planning, and the management and coordination of major incidents and large-scale emergency operations.
